Profile Settings

Overview​

Profile settings in a web application encompass the configurable options and personalization features that users can adjust to tailor their experience on the platform. The following video explains how the user can navigate through profile settings.

1. User Information​

Click on the “Profile” icon on the right top corner of the Homescreen where you can find your name, email address, phone number and other details.

2. Ways to update User Signature​

Digital signatures are commonly employed in web applications for various purposes, including document verification, user authentication, and ensuring the integrity of online transactions.

Within Profile Settings, locate the “Signature” option, can be found in the top right corner

  • Click on “Signature” to update your digital signature.
  • Upload or create a new digital signature and save the changes.
  • Your updated digital signature is now ready for future transactions.

3. Options to change Password​

  • In Profile Settings, select the “Change Password” option.
  • Enter your current password and set a new one.
  • Enter your New Password and confirm password
  • Save the changes to update your password.
  • After changing your password, you will be prompted to re-login.
  • Use your new password to log in securely.

4. Methods to Subscribe Push Notification​

  • To subscribe to push notifications, the user can click on the "Subscribe to Notifications" found in the profile options.
  • The application will prompt the user to allow push notifications.
  • By selecting "Allow," the application will enable and display push notifications.

5. How to Logout​

To log-out from sterlo, click on profile settings and click on 'logout' in the dropdown. Logging out ensures your data privacy.
